There are only a few rules:

2. NO PORNOGRAPHY on your site, though artistic nudity is fine.
3. NO RACIAL DISCREPANCIES whatsoever!
4. NO SATANIC, DEMONIC, EVIL references on your site.
5. You must have a dark or otherwise related site, or have plans
to make one.
6. You MUST put the ring graphic on your site in its entirety. So if you
don't like that, don't bother to sign up.
7. You MUST sign up with the exact url where the webring code will be
located. I'm not going to search your site to find the ring code.
Other than that, it's really open membership,
so why don't you join already?
